my caricatures with custom backdrops
here is a few of my caricatures i managed to do with Photoshop.
but sadly the cartoon effect was another program with over a million effects which i finally mastered.
i was always fascinated growing up in London and watching these caricaturists work. my problem was my eye does not convert the human subject to cartoon, although once i create and edit i can draw the cartoon by hand, "STRANGE" but any way hope you like them.

the one of Angelina not the wanted poster, just the one with her face with purple lips, that was my first attempt in digital and converting a photo to that look and that took be a good 4 hours as i did that the long way with Photoshop tools on its own.

but all the rest took about 20 minutes plus probably 15 minutes to make, all in all less than an hour it really depends how much montage you want to create.

i have include some originals but please take original down if not allowed , just trying to show what i have done.

bests and thanks for looking.

this was a snap shot taken of the film i have with snipping tool, as it can be hard to find the right pose and face.

sometimes if a person does not have the right features they can be difficult, or just exaggerate a little but some people have great features.
also some people can be offended, but its how we see in proportion to probably the best friend in the world its probably seeing the face like a game of shirr-ads .

Re: my caricatures with custom backdrops
all caricature was created with photoshop and all the best final touches
but to get the skin effect was not photoshop but was a really easy process and quick.
but the Angelina as i mentioned was all photoshop, ive been told that was the best original way to do that effect by hand tools on photoshop, but i found a much quicker way after a long time.

Lee, these are excellent. Angelina really lends herself for this type of work!
Well done.

hey Anna,
thanks so much, and was enjoyable creating them too.
i used one of Steve methods for the eyes, in book cs4 but the same procedure as selecting car tyres, Saved an extra layer.
yes she was a challenge but decided keep as natural as possible, and she changes her hair style alot, but should of done tomb raider.
im in the process of making a portfolio now as i have lost so much work over the years on laptop and flash drives thinking work is safe, and will post some more in due course.
i upgraded to cs6 a couple of year ago, and like the puppet tool feature and has some great advantages .
here is one of barack obama
