Challenge 668: Agent Orange
Apparently the residents of Krakow decided they wanted more green space, so the local authority responded by painting the roads around a market square green. In addition, they installed a number of these bright orange objects. What could they be? Can you find a use for one of these? High res is here.

Iris Apfel shows off her new bracelet from Krakow.
Another ultra quickie. For those of you not familiar with Iris Apfel she is a ninety four year old eccentric who has become a global fashion icon. You will either find her sublimely ridiculous or ridiculously sublime. I belong to the latter. I think she's quite splendidly glorious. I can only hope I have that much chutzpah if I live to her age!  _________________ The subtlety and conviction of any Photoshop effect is invariably inversely proportional to the number of knobs on it ....... |

Sorry a bit obvious, low quality, but thought might as well get it quickly out the way as first punt. Sure could be higher quality and maybe someone and I have better more complete related idea later.

Here is a 15 framer, and yes there are some minor flaws, but I have spent too many hours on this, and I now have the hump! 
Where's he going? He's going to the "Steve Caplin collection of...of memorabilia"
