Challenge 711: Offensive waste

I photographed this container when visiting a friend in hospital recently. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: open the lid.

Whatever you choose to put inside the open container is entirely up to you.

For those outside the UK The Daily Mail supported Nazism prior to the outbreak of war. These days they are mostly concerned with immigrants, Muslims, the loony left, loony left Muslim immigrants and the causes of or cures for cancer. They are not accepted by wikipedia as a valid source of information on account of the numerous instances of misreporting and generally making things up.
