Challenge 796: Mac's Spoonerism
These entertaining critters come courtesy of DavidMac, who spotted them on his travels. (If you don't know what a Spoonerism is, it's a linguistic tic named after the Reverend Spooner, who used frequently to swap starting letters of words around - some great examples here.) David suggested you might like to release some of these beasts into the wild; I thought you might prefer to construct some of your own examples. Whichever approach you choose, high res is here. |

I suggested this to Steve with the phrase "Our mean as custard members are good at pulling habits out of rats and its more fun than chewing doors." Now's the time to prove it! _________________ The subtlety and conviction of any Photoshop effect is invariably inversely proportional to the number of knobs on it ....... |

Re: Challenge 796: Pit Bell Fighting
These little critters have more possibilities than I had realised. This idea arose quite accidentally out of searching for a word play. _________________ The subtlety and conviction of any Photoshop effect is invariably inversely proportional to the number of knobs on it ....... |

I hope the spoonerism of rugger ball is not indicative of your achievements here this week. Actually it's beautifully done. _________________ The subtlety and conviction of any Photoshop effect is invariably inversely proportional to the number of knobs on it ....... |

" .... but I know what I like ......." I love the way you have exploited the puzzled expressions. I never spotted that possibility. _________________ The subtlety and conviction of any Photoshop effect is invariably inversely proportional to the number of knobs on it ....... |

Re: Challenge 796: Mac's Spoonerism
Thats actually rather impressive Gordon. Some tricky perspective matching and a good variety of different toilet roll positions. 3D model? _________________ The subtlety and conviction of any Photoshop effect is invariably inversely proportional to the number of knobs on it ....... |
