I just stumbled across Jaroslav Jasnikowski a very interesting Steam Punk artist. Some lovely stuff. there. Portfolio menu top left of home page. These actually got built!! 
Top left to bottom right: Soviet, German, French, Scottish. The German Schienennzeppellin had the world speed record of 143mph for twenty one years. Not sure I want to be on the platform when that drives up next to me.
