Christmas, anyone?
It's nearly December, which has traditionally been the occasion for our annual Forum meet-up.

I'd been in two minds over whether to hold it this year. With the terrible loss of Deborah and Trevor, I was concerned that it might be a sparsely attended and sad occasion. But I've been prompted to consider it, so here we go.

No dates yet, but in principle are people in favour? If so, can you suggest possible dates that would suit you? Venue, of course, will be The George Inn in Borough.

I’m up for it, just need some dates.

I think that Deborah and Trevor will be with us in spirit.

Thanks Steve - any date except the 5th dec is good for me but please dont feel obliged to go ahead just because of my enquiry /interest if sufficient numbers arent there. Cheers Ant

Not sure at the moment if I can make it over. Depends on all sorts of other stuff currently in a state of flux. No particular date is preferable so I shall wait and see what emerges in the next few days and see whether it can fit. Fingers crossed.

Re: Christmas, anyone?
How does Thursday 19th December look for everyone?

Although frankly I could make just about any date in December if that's not convenient…

Re: Christmas, anyone?
I can do 11th, 13th or 16th - pending any freelance bookings. 13th might be a bit of a bad day what with the election on the 12th?

We’ll need a good stiff drink - no matter who wins

Re: Christmas, anyone?
Eva - good point. Gordon - also good point, although I may be too bleary-eyed to find the pub.

Shall we say Wednesday December 11th, then?

Re: Christmas, anyone?
What time are we meeting up? I overlooked an important appointment on 11th Dec which I can't really cancel. I can meet up until about 3pm or after 5pm...
