The link you should be using is bit.ly/14S57S1 - note the difference between 5 and S!

Re: Download music stand page 88
In Photoshop CC 2014 the music stand opens incomplete; the book holder part top is half missing and there is no group labelled DUMMY as you described in your book p88.
I selected all the 3D layers to create a group, as described for fan p86, and Photoshop created two groups!! The top group (no name) was a complete music stand and the bottom group (name New Group) was an incomplete music stand (part book holder): I now had two music stands so hid the incomplete stand New Group. This version of Photoshop CC allowed me to click on the group container itself to select the entire music stand (which you said was not possible in the version of Photoshop you used) and I was able to scale it easily with the 3D axis controller. I could rename the bottom group called New Group to a new name: Photoshop would not let me rename the top group with no name. When I saved the document as Photoshop psd file only the New Group was saved (incomplete music stand), the other group I could not rename which was the complete music stand was not saved. Perhaps this is all the behaviour of CC 2014?
