Youth wants everything *now* (no offense EDK) the experience part of maturity can wait until they are 60. I got news for them Corportate America will dump you in an instant after the age of 40. Looking back, I can see how I was the same *full of it* youth back then the only difference I see is we *knew* we had to work hard to make it come together. I make up the titles to suit the particular job someone's done to earn one. But, as this thread shows, you shouldn't take them too seriously! They were intended to be a bit of fun, and not to be seen as a goal that needed to be attained. Avatars can be any square size - they end up in posts at 70x70 pixels. Personally, I like avatars that show what you look like, but it's up to you… |
