Same thing happened to me, and it was the spam setting that ensured I didn't get the mails.
You won't get another registration email as there's no way to request it on the site, so I think the only alternative is to register with a new email address - but set your spam settings in advance! Filter anything containing 'thefullmontage.com' into the inbox or mark the address as safe.

And following my own advice, poor tormented Steve will be hearing from me yet again if things go well.

Yes it's true Steve the login system has gone fubah!

It won't let me log in even with my correct Username and Password and when you ask it to email the password to you it just send some garbled ascii code whcih doesn't work even. You've either been hacked or some of the coding has fouled up.

I do hope I don't lose my credit when this is all fixed I'm still considering which image to purchase.

Still not working for me
when I try to log in it takes me to a page that says -

"If you have forgotton your password or user name please enter the email address you used when you signed up for the service. "

Working for me, too. I even tried it with a lower-case username, in case it's case-sensitive.

I'm glad it's working for everybody else but I can assure you I am doing nothing wrong here - it will not allow me to log in.

the email is coming back with some garbled ascii characters instead of my password. °¤±CCðwell if everybody else is saying it's fine then my account has been hacked.

Well I still haven't received a confirmation e-mail for my registration, nor the voucher from the website.

Although I got a confirmation that the email with vouchers had been sent, I have yet to receive them I have dismantled Norton's incoming emails scanning and phishing service too.

There is a glitch somewhere at the Fullmontage end, as I always get my emails without trouble.

Yes I've tried everything at this end - but there definitely seems to be a problem with the website's login perhaps it's just my account that seems to have got corrupted but I'm totally locked out of the site and still yet to spend my voucher credit
