Happy birthday Bill
This Sunday (April 23rd) is William Shakespeares birthday - well it would be if he were still here. - anyhow, to celebrate there is a going to be a bit of a do in Stratford-upon-Avon with lots of events happening outside and around the Royal Shakespear Theatre - (RSC) One of the events is for 90 local artists and stars of theatre to paint 90 canvases that shall then be pieced together and hung outside the RSC to launch their new season. Well, I'm one of the artists selected for this piece of history in the making so if you're anywhere near Stratford - upon - Avon this Sunday feel free to say hello - I'll be the bald chap covered in paint!! It sounds like it could be a good day out so come along, you may even end up on TV !! I'll show you the finished result next week if you like  _________________ minds are like parachutes - they only work when they are open |

Any idea what time it's happening Glen? I might pop along and see if I can get any good photos of the events. I bet parking will be a pain. |

cheers all. there's no web address for it for me to point you at but it starts around 11 am with events running throughout the day and the big reveal (for the painting) is at 4.15 ish. Paul, there is a park and ride operating every 10 mins somewhere along the A46 - see you there !! _________________ minds are like parachutes - they only work when they are open |

Well I went today instead. Got a nice photo of Donald Sinden a procession. He's looking old these days.
