Intuos 4
hi I bought a pen tablet, Intuos 4 Small, and IŽm amazed at the amount of things it can be used for, it took me a couple of days to get used to the pen though...I remember some of you work with a tablet, so when it comes to use it with Photoshop, do you recommend any special setting for the brushes? or is it just enough to enable the pen pressure options? I use it for sketching right now but eventually, and as I get more comfortable with it, IŽd love to use it for painting. IŽd really appreciate any suggestions BTW I work with PS CS4 |

Re: Intuos 4
I tend to keep my brushes set so that the pressure changes the opacity, for just about all the brushes. The only time for which I routinely vary this is for the Healing Tool, which works best with a hard edge and at 100% opacity. So for this one, I set the brush pressure to vary the size, making it easy to patch small and large areas in one stroke. Glad you're enjoying it! |

I have also noticed how easier it is to make selections with the pen tablet....so far I havenŽt tried any retouch with it yet, thanks for the tips Steve |

I use my pen tablet for everything, my mouse isn't even turned on. _________________ Perfect confidence is granted to the less talented as a consolation prize. |
