Why?
Why did Adobe remove the 3D Transform filter from Photoshop CS? I found a way of installing it to work, but Im just curious why they chose to nuke it!

Russ its on your CD. You have to copy it to your filters folder in Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS/Plug-Ins/Filters

Adobe do this to make sure you know your way around Photoshop and your machine.

While we are on the subject of Adobe lets hope version 9 will open up a lot faster (when they do it) then CS (version
It takes so long to open up and I have a great machine.
Once its up and open I have no problems its very fast, its just when it opens up. You are

Thanks Daz, no offence but I still dont understand why they need to make sure you know your way around your machine? Surely the program should just work with the filters preinstalled?

No I obviously havent! That would be handy, plus a "Boil My Egg" filter with a runny yolk adjustment (2 mins, 3 mins or hard boiled!) Ill just scan the CD for hidden treasures!!
