Can anyone create a fake person
I know it can be done because it was done in front of the U.S. Congress in the Summer of '02, using Photoshop--- I am an attorney looking to hire someone who can create a person who does not exist from photoshop. (a fake, non-pornographic image that is not a real person but created by other means through photoshop is what I would like someone to create) Is there anyone within a few hundred miles of the Phila Pa area who would be interested in being hired to do so as an expert consult, assuming you have such expertise? tweaknik is the best chap that I know who can create a photorealistic person from scratch in Photoshop. Have a look at his web-site. www.coolbubble.com However, I doubt very much that tweaknik lives anywhere near Phila Pa area - but could possibly do it via the internet should he be interested. Yes, tweaknik is a regular on b3ta and he would show us various stages of production. I created this one in photoshop from scratch 
Just by tracing out a vector shape with the Pen Tool the selecting a skintone fill colour as a base and using Dodge & Burn with a featherd brush at 20% Opacity to create the muscle tone and shades, a bit of noise/median/reduce noise etc. and you can bulid up a pretty realistic body. Here's an animation I created using the same technique.
