Pop-up filter blocks forum
I tried to access the forum to show a friend whilst away for the weekend. Everytime I clicked to get to the forum the 'pooter said 'pop-up blocked'! and wouldn't open the forum. I switched pop-up blocking off to no effect.
Now at home I looked and can't find an extra page shown before the forum listings which could have been construed as a 'pop-up'.

I'm running Netscape and he's on Internet Explorer

What's going on?

Ted

The fact you haven't got FireFox is whats going on!

What URL do you use?

(1) http://www.howtocheatinphotoshop.com/

(2) http://www.howtocheatinphotoshop.com/home.html

or

(3) http://www.howtocheatinphotoshop.com/cgi-bin/simpleforum_pro.cgi

When you click on the clown with the READER FORUM sign a new window does pop up so I would have expected problems there.

If you click on the 3rd link, do you still get the problem?

Re: Pop-up filter blocks forum
Thank you for the responses so far. I have to say Paul I hadn't given the URL routing a second thought. I searched Google for the address and went on from there. I'm now home and don't have access to that machine so I'm not able to answer your last question. I have just noticed, however, the machine I'm writing this note on (OK I'm not at home again!) has accessed the site via your third link but this was bookmarked. Is this the proper one then?

Well, they are all proper, but the last one is direct to the forum index page and avoids any "pop up" windows en route
