A tiny photoshop discovery
Do you ever lose your brush cursor, especially on neutral mid tones, simply because it tends to disappear into the similar background tones?

If you have Photoshop 24 help is on it's way.

Go into Preferences>Cursors. Half way down in the left column you will find a new setting "Brush tip outline" with a drop down box. With it you can choose the weight of the brush outline from 'thin' to 'Extra Bold'.

For me it's a real life saver!
