Vanishing Point filter...
Hey,

Does anybody have any idea why this is happening to me? I'm doing the Vanishing Point 2 exercise on page 126 and I can't figure out how to get this to work.

Thanks,

It's the angle of perspective on the first part of the frame. It's bringing the second plane towards you. Try tweaking the right-hand corner points a little.

Re: Vanishing Point filter...
Here's what happens: when you draw the first grid, it interprets that as being a wall. When you tear off a new plane, it sees that as being a wall at 90 degrees to the first. What's happened here is that it's assumed the first wall was inside, rather than outside, so to speak - with the new wall coming towards us. Drag the two right corner handles to realign the new grid, and everything should snap into place.

Tom,

It seems like it has been left off the CD. Maybe Steve can post it up on the forum...
