Re: Mirror an object
Outline the hand with the pen tool to create a path, change the path into a selection (button at the bottom of the paths palate), hit CTRL-J to copy the selection to another layer, CTRL-T to transform, flip horizontal |

As Marty says but you don't need to use Free Transform first. Just use Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal. You can also use Ctrl/Cmd+Enter to create the selection from the path. Once a dentist, always a dentist - it's a palette ![]() _________________ A happy-go-lucky chap, always dressed in black |

Thanks Marty and Dave, Don't go away, I haven't used the pen tool or the paths palette yet! Thanks again! _________________ Steve Mac |

Re: Mirror an object
I guess you just have to know where to look. My hand was already a separate layer, so I copied it to a new layer, edit>transform>flip horizontal. I'm sure you guys already knew that but just in case anyone else didn't.Once again you've been a great help. Thank you. _________________ Steve Mac |
