Drop Shadow
Hi gang. I noticed this a fair while back but now it bugs me. I put two images on an image of a desk. Seperate layers of course. I choose one layer and apply a drop shadow. Choose the other and do the same. However when I alter the angle of the drop shadow in one layer it also affects the other and vice versa. What's going on here? Can anyone help please? Re: Drop Shadow
Hi Bobby Jo, When you applied the drop shadow, "Use Global Light" was checked. Layers with "use global light" checked will all use the exact same lighting angle and will change together when you adjust the lighting angle on any one of them. This is normally a good thing. However, there are times when you may need to use a different lighting angle on some layers. Simply uncheck the "Use Global Light" checkbox and the lighting angle you set will apply only to that layer and will not be affected by changes to the lighting angle on any other layer. |

Re: Drop Shadow
I found the same problem when i copied the layer style and pasted it, then when I went to edit one of them, the shadows on all of them changed _________________ 3TV Visit http://www.3television.co.uk and watch. You will love it! |
