Reflections
Working on Chapter 9 Glass reflections, with the woman and the picture frame, in The Book. Just need to know how to hode the cloud reflection behind the reflections of the woman and the picture frame. It's driving me nuts! |

A layer mask is probably the best solution here. Alternatively, put all the reflections into a new Group (Layer Set, pre-CS) and then change the mode/opacity of the entire group. |

Thanks Steve. Which layer should I put the mask on, and which layer does that one need to be above? |

The mask goes on the upper layer. To create it, load up the selection from the lower layer (cmd/ctrl click on the layer's thumbnail) and then paint out the area you want hidden on the mask. |
