File won't open
I created a logo in Photoshop and need to open it in Illustrator to use the Live Trace feature in preparation for the router machine. The Photoshop file is saved in PSD format and has only 4 layers. When I try to open it in Illustrator, I choose "Convert Photoshop layers to objects," and an error message displays: "Photoshop file is not readable." What am I doing wrong? --Chris |

Try turning on "maximise compatability" in the Photoshop Save prefs. If that doesn't work, you're probably better off exporting each layer as a separate jpeg file. |
