Ribbon and paths
Rapidly cracking up here. Pg 284 I make a path, save it and duplicate it. I then select the original (still with the pen tool) but the only way I can move it is to hold apple and alt, holding alt only does nothing. I join the paths up new layer fill etc. Then I go back to the first path to move it and everything moves. On top of that photoshop has now quit twice. Volume mac had to be repaired and I don't want to ..... everything up again. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong, and why can't I move the original the 1st time without having to use apple and alt??  |

Whats that old thing about women and machines?! Have at long last realised I have to switch to path selection (which I was doing by hitting the apple key) for the first part; and going back to the original layer once I have reselected the original path, then I can move it on its own. Sorry to clog this forum up Steve, but at least I am learning about paths!  |
