Help can't get my animation to work! Look:
I've done a crude six-part animation, and saved for the web (never used this feature before); anyway what am I doing wrong please?

What exactly are you trying to do with the animation and what is it that you feel is wrong is it that the gif is not animating? I assume if you mean it's not animating you have to look at the settings on your animation window - each of the frames are set to 0 seconds in your snap-shot which means nothing will happen you have to set a frame rate for each animation frame something like 0.5 sec will work but that depends on how fast you want it to run. So click on the little arrow icon under each frame a set a frame rate for that frame - if that answers your problem. You don't have to make each frame run at the same speed experiment a little with a delay on selected frames whilst having other frames run a little faster than the average speed of your animation. Also calculate how long you want the whole animation to run and divide that by the number of frames to get your average frame-rate. |

No problem Michael just glad you got it to work - now a whole universe of animation is on front of you take a look at the reader's tutorial section for some other animation ideas  |
