Helpless In Charlotte
Okay, I have had the book for several months, and I downloaded the images from the CD. Or, at least I thought I had. Now I can't locate the images, and when I try to put the CD in again, to download again, nothing happens. Help! Liz |

Hmm...not sure about that one, except that it the CD may be scratched or your CD player/reader may have some problems. Have you tried opening the files on a different computer? Does the computer read the CD? Is there an error message when you try to open the files? |

Sounds to me like either (a) Focal Press are trying out a cunning new system to get people to buy the book afresh every couple of months, or (b) it's a damaged CD. Assuming the latter, give them a call (the number's on the main website) and they'll replace it for you. They're good like that. |
