new tablet and book 4
I have just purchased the fourth edition and my first graphics tablet and have three days off work. I am planning to work through the fist four chapters, has anyone any other suggestions on how to make the change from mouse to tablet, it sure feels a bit weared at the moment

Yes, it does take a while to get used to. You'll start off thinking it'll be just like a pen, but it isn't.

The only solution is to persevere with it, and suddenly it will make sense!

Don't worry, your graphics tablet will soon be second nature and you'll wonder how you ever used a mouse!

My only tip is to make sure the tablet is mapped correctly to your monitor. Otherwise what you're drawing comes out slightly distorted, which makes it harder to work with.

Stick with it!
