About Line Art Simplified in Art and Design
On step five it says to use the Poster Edges, so the picture of the women is in black and white (because of a previous filter), but you can only see the hair and part of the nose, but only two exact shades can be seen, full black and full white. Now I can't get that effect on the sample picture, it always appears all day, I feel like I'm doing it wrong. These are samples of what I can get with the Poster Edges filter.. http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n126/Jdeadevil/YuiItsukiPSFilter.jpg http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n126/Jdeadevil/TomJonesPDFilter.jpg http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n126/Jdeadevil/SimonPeggPDFilter.jpg http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n126/Jdeadevil/BritanySpearsPSFilter.jpg See I mean, obviously there are way more than just two shades of Black and White.. There is definitely something wrong that I'm doing. It's the third exercise in Chapter 3 in Art and Design in Photoshop for anyone who's wondering what I'm on about, and it's the fifth step, I just can't get that look with the Poster Edges filter, can anyone help? |

Okay never mind, I used the search function and found out it was a mistake in the book. Nice one Steve! xD |
