I am failing in my attempt to find Image Ready. Perhaps no longer available? (Hopeful)

I think we saw the back of Image Ready in CS2, if I remember correctly.

Yes Image Ready went. A lot of the stuff went into PS CS afterwards as I understand.

ImageReady was the web preparation equivalent of Photoshop, which replicated some but not all of Photoshop's tools.

Everything IR did is now built directly into Photoshop, so there's no need for it as a separate program any more.

What did you want it for, James? Are you having trouble somewhere in Photoshop?

Hello Steve,

I created the scrolling background for last weeks challenge, but neglected to save it, I thought to do it again but somewhere in the process I'm missing a point, the background scrolls but not continuously, just bounces back to the beginning after each pass. A trifling issue, but most irritating. I don't know why I thought of IR.

Hi James, there is a formula for doing scrolling backgrounds, however every time I attempt one I never get it right either! I guess the left and right side of you background must match up or mirror each other and the background should be twice the length of the canvas, so when it scrolls left by 50% then repeat the process.. I have confused myself..sorry ha!
