People and Cars
Highschool Photoshop teacher and students don't understand how windscreen was removed without removing car seats - step 2 on page 87. Plus, the instructions in step 2 say that the tracing was already done for us and included on the CD - but it's not on my CD. Can anyone help us? |

The seats are drawn back in once the screen has been removed. The tracing is done with a path, go to the paths tab in the layer palette. Hope this helps. _________________ It must be Thursday, I never could get the hang of Thursdays |

Re: People and Cars
Isabella, I've provided a path for the windscreen, as David says - check the Paths palette. I didn't add a path for the rear and side windows, but if it will help, there's a new version of the file here that includes the second path as well. You'll need to cut the windows to a new layer using the first path, then delete the rear windows using the second path. After that, you'll have the seats on a new layer by themselves, and all it needs is for them to be darkened (Curves is best) to strengthen them. Hope this helps Steve |
