How to scale an image
Greetings all,
I hope this is not too basic of a question, but I would like to know how the experts scale one image to fit into another one.

I have been using the free transform tool, but was wondering if there was a better method .

Thanks.
Rick

Welcome, RickinOly

The free transform tool is the best way to scale components of an image to match.

Well, you're talking about components - but I think RickinOly may be asking about making one image the size of another. If this is the case, then open the Image Size dialog on the image you want to change; then, rather than typing in any dimensions, choose the image you want to match from the Window menu. Its dimensions will automatically be entered in the dialog.
