Layer masks 3
I'm not getting the result needed for step 2. I kept trying using different settings, and the grass usually ends up in the sky. What am I doing wrong? Thanks! |

Hmm. Don't really understand what you mean. Can you post a screen grab, showing the Layers palette, so I can see what's going on? |

Steve and everyone else who replies to the posts on this forum, I want to start off by letting you know that I am new to Photoshop. Sometimes I ask for help out of frustration and continuing to try something with incorrect results. The issue was following the directions wrong; I clicked shift prior to selecting with the gradient tool. Everything is working great now. Please do not hesitate in replying to my posts, I will try to troubleshoot and resolve prior to posting, but sometimes from continuing to play with it I end up solving the problem.
