What's the best way to remove anti-aliasing?

Not sure what you mean by anti-aliasing here. Are you trying to remove the drop shadow, like so?  |

here is the explanation of anti-aliasing Dave. Maybe this will help you help him. I'm still not familiar enough with photoshop to give him a solution to the problem. (Don't have enough time between work, home life, and sleep to practice!!  , gettin better though! (I think).

Yes, that is a very good technical explanation of anti-aliasing. However, I have found that when I talk about this with many people, their definition is quite different. For that reason, it is usually good to get clarification on what each person is really looking for. |
