Photoshop Broken??
No more Friday challenges from me until I can get this sorted  I appear to have broken something and have no idea what. I am using Photoshop CC monthly cloud subscription. Every time I launch PS I get a “Adobe Photoshop CC2014 has stopped working” error and it then closes. I have tried totally un-installing and then downloading again but to no avail. Any help/advise on how to resolve would be appreciated, thank
I periodically get the same issue with lightroom but that does work sometimes.  |

Hi Ant, I do not know the answer myself but have googled the problem and found on forums that some people have solved it by updating their video drivers while others had to report it to Adobe who took them through a series of adjustments to their files. Thanks Vern, I don't know what I did but its working again now, after several re-boots and two new installs. I will remember to Google should if fail again. Cheers |
