Eye of the Otter
Got some fairly decent close-up shots of an otter. Unfortunately, the the bluish reflection off the retina looks strange (to me). I made the area black but this makes the otter look sole-less or unreal. Any help would be appreciated. |

That's a great shot - really clear. Use the Sponge tool set to Desaturate. Paint over the pupil until the colour has disappeared. Use the burn tool set to Highlights to darken it down. The key to realism is keeping the catchlight in his eye. _________________ A happy-go-lucky chap, always dressed in black |

Sorry, somewhat of an in-joke. I've just finished writing one. _________________ A happy-go-lucky chap, always dressed in black |
