Help with Fur
I am trying to cut out this Coyote with its fur, but i cant seem to do it. Can anyone help?

This is fairly straightforward. First, create a layer mask and paint just inside the fur, using a soft edged brush. Then use the Hair technique - using the Smudge tool to pull out strands of fur - only this time, you'll be brushing the layer mask out, rather than the actual pixels; you'll get a realistic result this way.

Hi Lexus....

here's the fox done using Steve's technique...

dunno if it'll be much use to you as you'd still hafta cut it out of the white background.... I have a cut-out of it on a layer in psd format ... just dunno how to get it to you lol

I tried that way. But mine came out wrong, ill post how mine came out later, for now, im going to do homework.
