Flat screen TV where there was none
Greetings! I've just picked up the book; great reference and help! I'm a photographer, and shoot custom kitchens that we build. On a recent job, I needed to post-process a flat screen tv into a cabinet opening. This first image looks convincing enough to me, however, I was looking for feedback on the second image. (Hmm...I see I can only upload one image per post--let's continue this in post #2... |

Excellent - that's a great piece of work. I think the only change I'd make here would be to make the inside of the left hand door a little darker as it recedes inside the cupboard; otherwise, that's entirely convincing. Great job - and welcome to the forum! Steve |

Ah, that's it! I just played with it in PS and eased in an 80% opacity shadow just behind the left edge of the flat screen. Much better! Thanks for the help; I'm glad to be here! btw, I really enjoy your writing style in HTCIP. Straight-forward, with a great sense of humor! |
