My attempt at bubbles
Here's my attempt at the bubbles exercise. Overall I think they look ok but there's something not quite right with them....I can't seem to figure it out. Can you guys help? |

Re: My attempt at bubbles
Bubbles tend to be round, and yours are a bit oval. Also, they need to reflect something. Adding a light reflection, would do wonders. |

it's funny you mention that......I'm working on something similar to the bubbles picture but this time around I want to try to have them reflect something...perhaps my face. |

Those do look good - perhaps a little less saturation, though? Easy to change this on the finished bubbles. |

Re: My attempt at bubbles
I adjusted the saturation on the bubbles and it makes a big difference. They're now not so bright. Now they're more closely matched to the girl and the background. Thanks for the advice. I wanted to ask about this earlier but I forgot........ If you look at this blowup, you'll see an area of the bubble that looks like there's no distortion and there's also a visible line. Any ideas? |
