Crease Removal
Hello all,

My mission here is to remove the crease from the map on the attached sample. I have spent hours trying with the clone brush, with rather sickening results. Perhaps one of you can advise on this one...

Thanks!

Jeff

Re: Crease Removal
Hi Jeff

The sample you supplied was very small but enough to hopefully give you an example of how I achieved this result. It took me less than 5 minutes to do this.

Create new layers for each colour. Use the colour sample picker to pick up on the colour of the map. Using a soft brush with around 50% opacity, paint over the sections that are creased. You may need to go over them with a shade or two darker or lighter just to blend it together. With the straight lines, once again, matched the existing colour and draw on the straight line.

I hope this helps you.

Regards
Anna ☺
