Camo Xperiment
Wow!! It has been 2 yrs since I have been to this forum!! I nearly 4got my username and password!! Firstly I have to thank Lexus, Maiden and Mr Caplin himself! You all have been a tremendous help while I was exiled to Burkino Faso for my political statement Guys I have a new challenge. I am working on producing some realistic camouflage for a paintball group of mine via Photoshop CS3's gradient map method. I want the camo i.e. "Image 2" to resemble a green version of the "Image 1" in terms of design i.e. the tiger-stripes-splotch pattern. Any takers? |

Re: Camo Xperiment
Easy enough to recolour Image 1, changing all the browns to greens, I would have thought. Or are you trying to do something more complicated? Welcome back! |

Trying to do something more complicated! Want to get the light green, the dark green and the black tiger patterned splotches in Image 2 contorted to that of Image 1! |

Re: Camo Xperiment
Can't you just select each of the colours in Image 2, and change them to the colours you want? |

Tried that but because of the close hues & tones of the colours in Image 2 camouflage not getting a good clean selection even with the Selection tools. |
