Took my son and a friend to the new Millennium Park in Chicago. With a price tag of 450 million dollars it was a huge project that is simply beautiful. One of the attractions is called Crown fountain and it features a shallow reflecting pool with large fountains on either side. The artist incorporated 1000 HiDef video images of local people from the Chicago area and they pop up on fountains in sort of a slide show. I hope the artist doesn't mind, but I added my son Mike to the slideshow.  |

I saw this on the news, it's kind of disturbing in a way. Nice work on redoing the image. _________________ It must be Thursday, I never could get the hang of Thursdays |

I like the way you've let the water texture show through Mike's face. I'd like to see him in the reflection too, though! |

Actually Steve, his reflection is there but it is very difficult to see it after I resized and compressed for this post. In the hi res print I made, it is much more visable. I do think I still need to make it stand out more as you suggested to better match the existing reflections. |
