Re: Roller coaster
Well - what did you start with? How many bits are there? Is that a real rollercoaster, or a model? |

Re: Roller coaster
I started with just two images, had to find a spare wheel as the wheel on the other image had a part missing. All turned out ok don't ya think ![]() |

Re: Roller coaster
Excellent! I'm even prepared to overlook the fact that the bit of rollercoaster he's standing on is upside down at that point... |

Haha that's excellent, Ryan. I think the biggest problem people have is that they don't think disabled people have a sense of humour when they clearly do ![]() This is just the sort of post-modern out-look needed in selling wheelchairs even if it is just for the boss' office. Re: Roller coaster
That's really great Ryan. It reminds me of the 'Emotional Rescue' greetings cards; old '50s photographs with (sometimes) humorous captions. What a bizarre contraption though, Hannibal Lecter on a Sedgeway prototype ![]() _________________ A happy-go-lucky chap, always dressed in black |

Re: Roller coaster
Talking of which, here's a wheelchair I saw at the Apple Expo a couple of weeks ago. The man riding it told me it used 12 gyroscopes to keep it aloft. It certainly drew more attention than anything else at the show! It meant, of course, that he could be at other people's head height, rather than have them talking down to him. ![]() |

What a fabulous idea! How on earth does it stay up like that? _________________ A happy-go-lucky chap, always dressed in black |

Re: Roller coaster
Actually, it's amazingly stable. When he's not moving, it's perfectly still. When he reaches an arm out, the 12 gyroscopes make the wheelchair give a little wobble to adjust itself, and it automatically balances itself again. He can zoom forwards and backwards, spin around and generally be as mobile as he likes. Brilliant! |

Amazing, I bet it comes with a huge price tag though! I still wouldn't feel safe in this though lol |
