The plane was bought it Vietnam and is made from Coca Cola tins, the background is Bournemouth.

LOL, Dave... np! The official slang dictionary translation: da bomb: (adjective) Great; awesome; extremely cool.

(I think this was the first time I've ever actually used it.)

Great picture but maybe I'm a little old fashioned ... if the jet propellant thrust is coming out of the front of the engines ...wouldn't the plane be going backwards??? Or is it a new 'instant airbrake' manoeuvre to give da bomb some forward inertia??

I think they are supposed to be gun or rocket pods. The jet intake was beneath the cockpit and jet engine mounted behind the pilot.
Thanks to all who have posted replys, i must admit the Pepsi fighters idea is brilliant.
