Hi, been mucking around with pop-art style images. This is from a picture I took in Bristol(UK) of 2 girls playing in a fountain/water feature. I hope you like it. Dave  _________________ Corners are just bent straight bits. |

Good stuff Dave. Your post has prompted me to dig out some images I produced for a Pop Art project I had to do for my evening class last year. We had five projects to do, but the Pop Art one was the most fun for me. I'm posting a couple of them, comments always welcome.

Yep, really like the close crop of Angelina. I've done a couple of complex ones with mutiple layers and masking etc. but they don't really look good when I reduce them in size for the site, one is of Times Square at night, it is quite a busy picture reduced to about 4 levels of shade and one cars headlights in yellow, it kind of looks spray painted. I think the level of detail gets in the way of any reductions. Anyway, here is one that just makes it with the detail etc.  _________________ Corners are just bent straight bits. |

Yes I like it. Car images seem to work well with this kind of treatment. I prefer the ones that have half-toning rather than a flat black. |
