Nice one Kate! I never thought it possible to make a dandelion look interesting, but you've managed it beautifully! Completely different when it's close up, and I like how it's just peeping into the picture enough to make the viewer curious.

I guess it's subjective but I prefer the original "after" image. With the background as it was you can see that the dandelion is somewhere as opposed to just floating. Both are nice. I like the crop too. A perfect example of "less is more". |

I've kept both on my website. I think the original 'after' has more of a poster quality about it, but the one with the black background has a graphic feel. I think I prefer the first 'after' image as well. |
