Re: The Agony
When I saw the title I KNEW I shouldn't look...........but I did! Very disturbing, definately creepy, and positively awsome.

Love it, Joey

Re: The Agony
Beats the hell out of me why someone would want to create a pic like this, unless it was for a horror movie.

Sorry, but if I have a weakness it's that I can be brutally honest and sometimes tactless.

I really like the technique here. Very powerful image. Do you know the photography of Joel Peter Witkin? If not, you should really check him out.

Re: The Agony
The techniques you have used may be very sneaky, I don't like the subject. I don't think you would like it if this should be done with your own face eighter. So I agree with Mark

It makes one wonder about the mind that creates something like that and then offers it up for criticism.

Re: The Agony
Just taken a look Steve, very intense and creative. Think I'll stick with photo manipulation, unless you've any spare body parts kicking about?

Cheers for looking Trevor!

Sjef, no heads were harmed during the making of this, I just borrowed my nieces boyfriends, he got it back in one piece.

Thank you Deborah, glad a couple of folks see it for what it is!

You can sleep easy Paul 2007 thru 2010, I'm not the bogeyman, just a fan of scary films that's all.

Seems there's a few fans of Mary Whitehouse on here, I'll be careful in future...........

Re: The Agony
I can certainly appreciate the work and effort gone into this image Doug. Looks like something out of the Saw movies You have done an excellent job in achieving the macabre. Well done
Anna

I am curious to see the starting image

Re: The Agony
Keep up the good PS work Doug. Its just macabre. Seems to come from French C15. I do like Francis Bacon as an artist, though not sure I'd hang his work in my house http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Francis_Bacon_%28artist%29 . That was as complement to you of course! I've painted some strange images, and even posted some PS FCs here!

Re: The Agony
Doug,
Thanks for sharing that construction with us, on my part. I'm sure he enjoyed being the centre of your work
"Smoked" Bacon, that's a bit funny I really like F Bacon's painting style and very eccentric lifestyle in London. Bacon burnt himself out too quickly with his lifestyle.

Re: The Agony
A virtuoso piece of work - too gruesome for me but then you c ould say the same about much of Goya
