Tree Bark
You know how you sometimes see faces (etc) in clouds, wall paper, different things Well, this section of bark literally invited me to discover all its inhabitants - some critters, mostly faces. Here's the bark - please see the next post for the finished piece. (Sorry for the two posts, but I don't know how to super-impose one over the other..does that make sense? Anyway, sorry.) ![]() ![]() _________________ "Imagination, not invention, is the supreme master of art........" Joseph Conrad |

I like it, original, perhaps you could start a whole series of them? ![]() _________________ "Predictions are difficult. Especially about the future" |

Thanks Artwel. I've done a few in oils - using a process called "decalcomania", but this is the first digital image. I've got a few more textured images tucked away...will see where they go. _________________ "Imagination, not invention, is the supreme master of art........" Joseph Conrad |

Re: Tree Bark
I kept staring to your first 'clean' piece of bark to discover how many faces I was able to see. I soon gave up. You demonstrated you can see lots and lots more faces. Very clever and funny! I think you could do the same after turning the bark upside down. ![]() |
