Yes, I actually did this in Elements; the important thing to remember is that these all came from the CD of a book: Adobe Photoshop ELEMENTS One Click Wow containing over 600 instant one-click Style Makeover Effects. cost $30

I imported them into the Prests folder of Photoshop CS2 also.
