This image suffers from jpg compression but you still get the overall idea. The swirling blue magical misty thing was actially done in a " Flame " fractal program called Apophysis that you can get off the net for free. http://www.apophysis.org/ Although I am sure PhotoShop could do this effect I was playing with Apo one day and like this fractal and decided to use it with this image.
