Certainly interesting, yes. But perhaps lacking a central focus? There's so much going on, but the eye jumps all around the picture. You need to tell a story, to lead the viewer through the piece... as it stands, it's hard to take in the scale, what with the greatly differing sizes and perspectives.

If the focus is the building on the hilltop, perhaps some beams of light coming out of it?
