Macro/Micro Web(?)
Hi Jota! That's really cool! I would love to see more detail in the spider web, though. If you were to increase the aperture for longer depth of field, and subsequently increase the exposure time, it would be nice to see the web in full detail ---> with the background (window pane?) same way as it is. Tighter crop and you've got it tack sharp

Like the composition attached, with a perfectly exposed and sharp spider web, and maybe some more detail in background? Or blur it out hehe

I don't know, maybe this crop is bad, though Just looking for more detail in the web

Re: Macro/Micro Web(?)
Thanks Chris,
I agree with your suggestions. The background was very distracting and a larger aperture could have helped rather than doing it all PS, but it was f/4.5 at 0.3m. Re: cropping, I like the spectrum of colours in the lower half, but guess distracting. The web was large-ish, but only 90 degree quadrant of a full circle. For a smaller investment by the spider(1/4) seems to be working very well ... location.. location i.e off 90 lamp stay to the house. He/she is still there with a stash of two large flies sheltered from the rain in its "home". The weather is too dull at the moment, so can not try another yet.
