Fly Away
I was messing around with various techniques in Cinema using this 3D model of a Boeing 777. Eventually it turned into this.

Re: Fly Away
Gordon, that's absolutely amazing and smooth as silk. The rendering of the clouds and sun on the fuselage is tremendous. I'd be extremely proud of that beautiful piece of work.

Re: Fly Away
Splendid.

Can I suggest adding a few wispy clouds in the foreground?

Hi Steve

The sky/cloud is actually a 360 degree HDRI panoramic image and is the source of the lighting through a luminance channel so it isn't practical to use this image to introduce extra clouds.

Re: Fly Away
What a superb creation, Gordon. I was so impressed by those almost miraculous reflections and the clarity and smoothness of the whole animation.

Re: Fly Away
Beautiful Gordon, very relaxing to watch. Love the flares, reflections, glare, camera angles. That Cinema must be some program - got my hands and head full with Hit Film. In short, excellent work.
One comment - either that was a test flight or he was following my radar vectors

Re: Fly Away
Gordon, that is absolutely wonderful. I was going to ask how you did the clouds, but I see you have answered that. Most impressed with it. Well done.
