Ditchling in the Snow
I had been waiting for some years to get this shot but a lack of snow had prevented me from shooting it. Mid-December brought snow but poor lighting conditions except for one particular day so despite suffering from an awful cold I went out to shoot this with a drone.

The image consists of 21 photographs in 3 rows of 7 shots covering 180 degrees, all shot in DNG format, processed in Capture 1 before bringing them into Autopano Giga to be stitched together. The image was output as a 16-bit psd file to be further adjusted in Photoshop. The finished layered file came out at 3.61Gb () and is so big that I had to save it as a psb file

Hope you like the image and Happy New Year to all HTCIPers

Very impressive Gordon, but what I would like to see is your drone and the camera setup

Thanks Michael. If you Google DJI Mavic 2 Pro you will be able to see/read all about it

Happy New Year

Re: Ditchling in the Snow
When I saw the title before opening the post I misread it as "Ditching In the Snow".

Given your past profession I was expecting some photograph of an aircraft nose down and half buried!!

As for PSB's, I have managed more than a few of those. Once you start stitching modern high res pictures the composite can get absurdly ginormous before you know it!
